Our History

ANFINC Chartered Accountants SA Inc is a black-owned and managed professional firm of chartered accountants, registered auditors, and other professionals of diverse disciplines, offering audit, tax, and advisory services. The company was established from a merger of various small accounting, audit and individual finance experts and consultants in order to position and offer our clients a comprehensive service.

The advisory services include corporate advisory, corporate finance, financial management (including bookkeeping), risk management, corporate secretarial & governance. The tax advisory services include tax returns, VAT and tax opinions. The audit services cover statutory, internal, forensic, and performance audits.

The firm has offices in Gauteng and Eastern Cape where most of its clients are situated. Although its clientele is mostly private sector, its personnel has extensive combined knowledge and expertise in both the public and private sectors at the senior level.
